Hey there, I’m Chuck Johnson.

I’ve been married to my wife, Brittni, for 18 years. We’ve got five incredible kids—ranging from toddler chaos to teenage honesty—and we live in rural northeast Georgia where life is slower, but never quiet. For the past 18 years, I’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with men—guys just like you—helping them fight for what matters most: their marriage, their kids, their peace of mind, and their purpose.

You see, I believe success isn’t just about climbing a ladder at work. It’s about coming home at the end of the day and being proud of the man you are there too. It’s about walking in the door and being present, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally for your wife and kids. That’s what I’ve helped men do for nearly two decades: get clear on what matters, make a plan, and live it out consistently—at home and at work.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to coach men through marriage struggles, time management chaos, work-life imbalance, parenting frustrations, and spiritual burnout. I’ve seen guys go from overwhelmed and reactive to focused and intentional. I’ve helped small business owners create systems so their companies run smoothly—without costing them their family.

I’ve also walked with husbands and dads in the thick of it—guys trying to figure out how to bring their best both at work and at home, without burning out or losing what matters most.

But let me be honest: I didn’t start here.

There was a time when I was anything but balanced.

I was working hard, but I felt like I was failing at home. I was short-tempered, burned out, and unsure how to turn things around. I’d leave work only to bring all the stress with me, and the people who mattered most paid the price. I wanted to be a better husband. I wanted to be the dad my kids looked up to.

But the truth is—I didn’t know how to get there. I had no roadmap, no system, no plan. I was just reacting and hoping it would all work out.

And it didn’t… not until I made a change.

I started small. I built a system that helped me shut off work when I walked through the front door. I created rhythms in my week that gave me time with my wife and each of my kids. I learned how to say “no” to things that didn’t align with my real goals.

I stopped chasing balance and started building alignment—where my work and home life didn’t fight each other, they worked together.

And now?

I help other men do the same thing.

I created Life Aligned because I believe every man should be able to succeed at work without sacrificing what matters most. You don’t have to choose between being a great businessman and being a great dad. You can be both—if you’re willing to get intentional and do the work.

So, whether you’re burned out from the constant grind or you’re just tired of feeling like your family gets your leftovers, I’m here to help. Through courses and content designed just for men in the trenches, my goal is to give you tools that actually work in real life.

Because success at work doesn’t mean much if you’re losing at home.

Let’s change that—together.
